Initiative 1

For our inaugural initiative, we partnered with #HASHTAGLUNCHBAG, a movement dedicated to empowering and inspiring people to give back through social media. Together, we packed over 500 lunches, each accompanied by a handwritten love note, and delivered to The Bowery Mission in New York City.

Initiative 2

In spirit of the holidays, the System of Service community joined together to collect gifts for those in need at The Coalition for the Homeless in New York City. We collected over 600 gifts in one day that were dispersed to the Coalition’s locations all over New York on Christmas Eve.

Initiative 3

System of Service and SmartWater partnered with Angel City Sports, an organization that creates sports opportunities for anyone with a physical disability, to bring awareness to adaptive sports. Paralympic athletes from the Angel City Sport community held demonstrations to educate our community on adaptive sports and spoke on a panel on the importance of inclusivity within sports. 

Initiative 4

For Air Max Day 2019, we partnered with Nike to GIVE FRESH AIR to Soles4Souls, a non-profit dedicated to disrupting the cycle of poverty through the distribution of shoes and clothing. We collected over 400 shoes that will be distributed through their micro-enterprise model that has allowed recipients the ability to start small businesses at low costs and lift them out of poverty.
