ABOUT JOE

Joe Holder is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where, after dealing with injuries as a stand out player on the University's football team, sought out holistic ways to improve his health. During this time his wellness philosophy, "The Ocho System" was born. He now is a health and wellness consultant in New York City as well as Nike Maaster Trainer.  A firm believer that productivity begins by taking control of your health, Joe has worked with top brands, celebrities, influencers, and more to help them maximize their health culture and potential. Joe has spoken at various locations including Harvard, Columbia, UPenn, Louis Vuitton,  while also being featured in publications/outlets such as VOGUE, Men's Health, Business Insider, ELLE, Runner's World, The Today Show, and more.   

ABOUT OLIVIA

Olivia Perez is an journalist and entrepreneur in New York City. She is the founder and host of the podcast Friend of a Friend, a weekly talk show that deep dives into the next generation of luminaries. She's interviewed talent like Maggie Rogers, Bella Hadid, Hannah Bronfman, Jen Rubio, Ross Bailey, Morgan DeBaun, Lindsay Peoples Wagner, and moderated panels for businesses like Shopify, Bumble, Hxouse, WWD, The Wing, and more. She’s also a contributing writer to Forbes.com, and has written for Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, and Huffington Post. A graduate of New York University’s Gallatin Program, Olivia has made her mark as an editorial and cultural archaeologist, digging up the best of the unknown to encourage her followers to push past their comfort zones and create their own trends. She's partnered with brands like Chanel, Kith, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Nike, Calvin Klein, and as a brand ambassador for Outdoor Voices and Coach.
